Summary

Build a simple web app that golf courses use to run tournaments: QR-scannable scorecards, real-time leaderboards, and an easy scoring UI. In the video the founder used Next.js + Google Firebase, built nights and weekends, and grew to about 150 golf courses and roughly $350K ARR with ~$30K/month revenue.
